As a musician
He has loved singing since he was in primary school, and learnt the joy of singing in front of people and making them happy while being asked to sing by his classmates at class meetings and on excursions.
In junior high school, he played the euphonium and percussion instruments in the brass band club, and it was around this time that he became interested in percussion instruments and started playing drums when he entered high school.
After graduating from university, studied abroad in Mexico.
During his stay in Mexico, he encountered Latin music.
He bought a conga he happened to find in a music shop and was introduced to a local percussionist, which led to his immersion in Cuban music and salsa, and he started his musical career as a percussionist.
He has written lyrics, composed and arranged music in Spanish and Japanese for 7sonora (Nana Sonora), for which he plays percussion and vocals, and the two albums of this group were selected as the best albums of 2012 and 2015 in a row by writers and related parties for Latina, a magazine specialising in world music. Its unique sound has attracted a lot of attention.
He has also provided Spanish lyrics for nearly 30 songs for BAILA BAILA, a dance lifestyle magazine produced by DDD.
